I wonder who Trump voted for in the Florida governor's race ... hmmm

I'm not Trump only, I'm fact I didn't really like Trump. He wasn't the best but he was what we kind of needed at the moment. I would love if DeSantis was the republican candidate. I will be old enough to vote next election.

You and I are on the same page. I tell people he wasn't my first choice, but he certainly was my final choice in 2016 (the alternative was horrific). I see DeSantis as "Trump but with emotional intelligence."

To be fair, DeSantis is more professional than Trump. I'm not triggered by every "mean" thing Trump says but him saying whatever stupid thing he blurts out is unprofessional and looks bad on him and even the nation as a whole. I am all ok with Trump's policies but professionalism still does matter.

Trump is not perfect, I would still rather have him than any democrat but he is not perfect, he is not above criticism. I sometimes hear other conservatives get mad at anyone who merely criticizes one thing about Trump and call such people "RINOs" "Never Trumpers", etc. In all fairness, just because one isn't an "only Trumper" doesn't make one a "never Trumper" or a "RINO" let alone a leftist.

Yup, just because I don't defend Trump no matter what doesn't mean I want some Democrat scumbag who gives puberty blockers to kids, cuts off our electricity in the name of "saving the planet" and lets criminals run amok. Even though Trump is not a very mature person, says some stupid and offensive and sometimes hangs out with some shady people, I still think he is a lesser evil than any democrat.
