Free Speech is sacred. But it seems like many extremist Right Wingers want to be free of the consequences of their actions. Movies and the entertainment media are private enterprises, and not the public square. The people who own movie studios and TV stations have the right to pick and choose who they employ. If a performer becomes less marketable because of his public utterings, it is their right, and responsibility to their stockholders, to choose someone else to risk their multi-million-dollar project on. It's called "Capitalism." You might have heard about it.
