Yeah, the Master's degree is the new Bachelor's degree. Not sure when that happened.
In my office the only two that have Bachelor's degrees are me and the receptionist.
At least half of those with Master's degrees are just highly educated morons that would rather talk about, study, write about, and plan rather than actual get anything done. When you do something you own it and then are going to be held accountable if something goes wrong. Better to hide and do nothing.
The number of degrees and letters behind your name does not always reflect a persons intelligence.
