Did you make the top image or no? Because there’s some serious factual errors there

I mean, the votes are still being counted - so the facts aren't all in yet. A Democratic Senate is at this point only a projection, not a sure thing.

And there is some oversimplification. For instance: Ron Johnson and J.D. Vance, both close Trump allies, won their Senate races - WI is a battleground, though I consider OH a solid red state at this point, so the Trump factor is less impressive there.

But I do think this tells the broad story. To the extent the meme ends up being wrong, shame on me!

if republicans can win the senate in Nevada, and Alaska, then win the Georgia runoff they win the senate. unlikely but possible.

Arizona is also still being counted but it's not close...

I can't wait for the one-party state of America. Only a couple of years left.

In AZ - Looks like Sen. Kelly (D) will win, though the counting is slow.

In NV - Very, very close. The Republican has the lead currently, but it seems the remaining ballots are coming from a strongly Democratic pile.

In GA - Going to a runoff since neither candidate hit 50%. Incumbent Sen. Warnock (D) is battle-tested in runoffs (winning one in 2020), and Walker is pure cringe coasting off a decades-old college football career. I'd give the edge to Warnock, though it's possible Democratic turnout might be lower if the Nevada Democrat wins her race and thus Democrats already have the Senate chamber secured. Then again, so might Republican turnout in that scenario

Alaska will go Republican, no doubt. Only question is if it's a more-Trumpy Republican (Tshibaka) or a less-Trumpy Republican (Murkowski).

It's headed for a ranked-choice runoff. I would guess the few who voted for the Democrat will prefer Murkowski, and she'll ultimately win. Would be another blow against Trump, since Murkowski voted for Trump's impeachment (the 2nd impeachment, anyway).
