Sure deflect by comparing to other countries... LOL

"Joe Biden’s presidency has frequently been compared to the malaise of the Carter era. In the 1970s, Americans felt that our country was doomed to permanently decline from its former greatness. Today, America is overwhelmed by the crises created by President Biden and Washington Democrats– record inflation, unchecked violent crime, high gas prices, record illegal crossings at the southern border, and the list goes on.

Despite these comparisons, the truth is Joe Biden is giving Carter a run for this money when it comes to delivering the worst inflation crisis in living memory.

Reckless spending by President Biden and Washington Democrats ignited and then has thrown more fuel on the inflation fire, where now inflation has grown over twice as fast as it did under Carter. To put matters in perspective, inflation is now 500 percent higher than it was when Biden took office. Even at its peak, inflation under Carter had only grown by 200 percent compared to when he took office.

The comparison between Biden and Carter gets worse still if inflation were measured the same way it was when Carter was president. Beginning in the 80’s, the federal government has gradually but significantly changed its method of calculating inflation, notably by excluding housing prices and changing the relative weights on various goods as people buy less of what they can no longer afford due to inflation. This new measure fails to capture the full impact inflation is having on families. For example, it completely ignores the fact that the average mortgage payment on new homes has increased by 50 percent since last year. If we were to use the Carter-era measure, Biden’s inflation crisis is even worse. Inflation today would be around 16.4 percent, not 8.2 percent and total inflation since Biden became president would be 29.7 percent, according to estimates from economist John Williams."

The POTUS doesn't control inflation, market forces do (You do understand what market forces are, right? They're that inherently and inextricably determinant, directive, steering factor of all capitalist economies).

Of course, as the subject is inflation & you seem bound and determined to make this about politics rather than reality, let's talk about the only government agency with the ability to control inflation... you know... the Federal Reserve. Remind me: Jerome Powell's in charge of the Fed., isn't he? If memory serves, he's a republican. He was appointed by Trump, wasn't he? And, as political affiliation is apparently the convenient focus of blame, the causative, lurking beast behind inflation in your mind, does it not follow that, as Jerome Powell is in charge of the Fed., the GOP is therefore responsible for inflation in the U.S.?

Huh... interesting how the rules of your own game neatly tie the United States' inflation issues up in a bow and lay them all right at the elephant's feet, innit?

Funny thing, that...

Of course, you could come back to reality and acknowledge that all economies on the planet are linked to each other through supply chains and that tugging a thread anywhere on the planet will cause impact world-wide... but that'd get in the way of your political narrative, wouldn't it?

Ah yes...it worked as designed. It is good to know one can still dance on command.

That sure is alot of babble i didn't bother reading. You really should understand your audience when writing (cutting and pasting). I love it when one has to reference back to Carter to prove a point!!!

It's almost like you have been asleep for the past 3 years. Oh that's right, it was Plandemic Scamdemic. Just one little move in the grand plan to Destroy America.

Lol.

I don't believe Tucker has officially bitten Trumps hand YET, but Fox sure has.
Fox talking heads saying Trump's toxic and needs to stay the fuk out of Georgia. HA!

However, Fox came back to Trump before after calling his bullshit.

Personally? i believe they've had it with Trump. Especially now ashe officially pissed away their red wave

If GOP is to survive change needs to come from within.

Maybe an Internal civil war? hmmm

IMO only reason Fox is turning away from trump is those lawsuits from the voting machine companies.
