You don’t have all the facts represented here. You have conveniently left out the conditions on which people are banned. Posting something parodying someone else without declaring it is parody is what get you banned. You can parody Elon Musk as long as you declare that what you posted is parody. This rule applies to posting parody of anyone, not just Musk.
