Let me explain. Although White Snake is less powerful than GER, it has the ability to take a Stand from its user in the form of a disc. If Enrico Pucchi is fast enough, he can take GER and Giorno wouldn't be able to undo since he doesn't have his Stand.

isn't ger a passive ability that activates the moment someone tries to harm it or giorno?? of course i could be completely wrong on that and i respect and understand your opinion :)

GER is a powerful stand that can reset anything to zero. It can be activated at will. It can even revert someone's death to zero, creating an infinite death loop.
