So let Him finish it.

So let Him finish it. | "Imagine yourself as a living house. God comes in to rebuild that house. At first, perhaps, you can understand what He is doing. He is getting the drains right and stopping the leaks in the roof and so on: you knew that these jobs needed doing and so you are not surprised. But presently, he starts knocking the house about in a way that hurts abominably and does not seem to make sense. What on earth is He up to? The explanation is that He is building quite a different house from the one you thought of--throwing out a new wing here, putting on an extra floor there, running up towers, making courtyards. You thought you were going to be made into a decent little cottage: be He is building a palace. He intends to come and live in it Himself. -Mere Christianity | image tagged in memes, blank transparent square, blank white template | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Where do all of the innocent children who die horribly every day fit into this analogy?

I'm glad you asked. But has seriously no one answered this question for you, and have you not taken the time to watch videos and the like? It is a seriously important question too.

Here is a video, please actually watch it, and don't skip it over. If you REALLY do want the answer, and aren't just trying to refute this meme, then take the due time of understanding.

Here is one of my explanations:
God loves us so dearly. To help you understand just how much, Lewis puts it into perspective: imgflip.com/i/6znxfn
Since He loves us, He gives us free will, to a certain extent, and we can debate that too.
Love is not forced. God gives us the OPTION to love Him. We can say "F you God" or we can admire and serve Him for all that we (only some people are able to though lol) see Him doing. So again, He gives us the option. He doesn't force us to love Him. And in fact, that would not be love! Forcing someone to love you? That isn't a thing that exists. So when he allowed Satan to rebel, and all of us with Him, the result is destruction and chaos as we see today. And besides all of his good works, which very few people will want to acknowledge, and cannot see, the destruction and chaos that children especially feel is no God's fault. It is our father's and their father's fault.

You blame everything on free will; I'm asking about the most vulnerable and innocent who had absolutely no say in their oen fate whatsoever. Are you seriously suggesting that the 10,000 infants who died of malaria today died because they chose to stray from God? Or that God creates thousands of children every day just to be killed as a roundabout way to punish sinful parents? Those are literally the only two ways that free will can factor into a decision to kill a child so I'm curious which it is.

The young and the old are actually no different. We don't have control of like, 99.9% of anything. But, the small amount that we do, is free will.

No, that is not the only two. That's the only two you can see, with your limited vision (our limited vision, we don't really comprehend almost anything that God is doing).

Sin is a thing, it can be acted, but it is its own "entity" of a sort. God's not like "welp, you sinned, sooo."

He's simply allowing the result, and also interfering and changing things all the time, all sorts that we can't even see. God is not vacant.

You're giving the same vague non-answers that every 14 year old who has never read the bible gives when they can't admit that they don't have an answer.

If your God needs needs thousands and thousands of babies to die horribly every day to achieve his desired "result" then you should reevaluate your relationship with your god...you don't seem to be getting his message.

Okay bruv, explain line by line how I'm wrong, or vague and I'll answer your questions. But I don't know what I'm being vague on without you telling me 🤷‍♂️

No, he doesn't "need" that. You haven't addressed my points really, you've just kinda been like "oh you dumbo, how could you believe that?"
