Once again, crock, at the time, the Democrats were the party of racist conservatives. As you well know, the racist conservatives are now the magat republicans. And as totally expected of those unscrupulous scumbags who talk out of both sides of their mouth, instead of "1 drop makes you black", they are trying to greatly narrow what defines being black to suit their nefarious schemes, including gerrymandering.
