There are some that are close and the only ones that are more powerful aren't in the main timeline

well #x03 cant be killed by the collecter alone but thats for plot reasons

Yeah like how he can't kill the d.o.g.

in fact no boss alone can kill #x03 because hes supposed to be stopped by a team in the plot of the comic
