Margins don't really mean sh*t as far as how much actual money was made.
For example if Ford had 99% profit margins on F150s in 2022 but they only sold 2 trucks, that's a problem.
In any case.... as I said.... RECORD PROFITS $$$ for oil. But to keep going with your premise, if other companies have also been raking in record profits (even higher than the oil companies) then it would seem the economy is not as destroidDdD as people such as yourself might have us believe.
