I'm thinking he won't shave his head because his hair is essential to his identity. So, bleached blonde, no facial hair and back facing ball cap.

What for, he'll probably get 3 months probation for tresspassing like most of them,,,

$30,000? I'm sure his sister from North Lakeland, Fla. knows his present location.. Not that I'm encouraging that anyone strike up a friendship with her--seems too high a price to pay for the reward. : )
