Too funny!
Just got done making more fermented habanero sauce; 1 1/2 pints distilled water, 1 tablespoon sea salt, 4 oz habaneros, one large organic carrot shredded, 1 ounce onion and two large garlic cloves. 7 days at room temperature, then puree and place in the refrigerator! Enjoy!

I’ve made 3 1st time I followed just a recipe online that had carrots and I hate carrots but put it anyway and didn’t like it, so I removed the carrots added a garlic clove and charged the onions and added more salt and it was better
