Okay, I just found the story. Apparently she was arrested for trespassing (which is illegal, by the way) and for violating the FACE Act, which prohibits people from blocking access to reproductive clinics.

The article also said she has been arrested 46 times. So basically she's a serial offender who doesn't understand how to obey the law. And I'm supposed to feel sorry for her?

Then what crime was she charged with? Also, no name is given in the meme so it's kind of hard to check on it.
