Modern "DEMOCRACY":
Too bad the technology wasn't available for each State which due to The Pandemic, hastily changed their Elections rules, to do so through their State Legislators via Zoom or Skype,
...so "just had to changed" by people outside their individual State Legislative Branch, such as State 'secretary of state', state Supreme Court Judges, or State Governors under "Emergency Powers" outside the specific clear powers granted for legal elections by the U.S. Constitution
