Yep, that's exactly what I was referencing. When he originally said it I couldn't believe a candidate could say that and still get elected.

Upon further review, I'll modify my prediction and say that he'll first fire Kamala, appoint Hillary as vp, and then resign. That way Hillary gets to be president for at least 2 years and goes down in history as the first female president.
