Why would you associate yourself with symbols to show you're proud of your race? Because you're proud of your own race, obviously. Why wouldn't you want to express that? Especially since you think there's nothing wrong with having white pride. What is stopping you from buying a white pride worldwide t-shirt and sporting it in public?
You being proud of your race does make you a racist. I am white, and I do not have pride in being white. I have never had to struggle because of my skin color, and I'm not a Nazi.
Just because white pride is inappropriate does not make apologizing for being white appropriate. Are you also proud of yourself for making all the typical white supremacist arguments?
No, a gay person should not have white pride either and that wouldn't make it okay. That would be extremely confusing.

I don't care if black or brown people claim pride in their race. They have been subjugated for a very long time because of their skin color, an oppression that continues to this day. Blacks take pride in their identity because of the struggles they as a race have overcome, they need their identity because it was stolen from so many of them. Most blacks cannot tie themselves directly to any one African culture or tribe. Indigenous people have faced genocide and extinction. Suggesting white people are facing the same is just a racist conspiracy.
Their idea of preserving the white race is to stop white people from reproducing with people of color. Is that what you want? Anti-miscegenation laws?

Notice during this entire conversation I haven’t spoken a single word ill toward white people. Yet you want to believe, because I reject literal racism, that I must be anti-white and think white people need to be subservient.
