Clinton wasn't my choice in 2016, but she won the popular vote and Trump's engagement with Russians and their influence on the election gives them some creedence over Trumps ass whoopin Biden laid down on him in 2020 and the MAGA tears flowing ever since.

Dude got beat worse than anyone in history because of record turn out of voters. When people have the option to vote, Republicans lose. That's why they hate mail-in ballots, multiple day voting, weekend voting, or making election day a federal holiday where EVERYONE is off and can vote.

It's funny Saudi Arabia AND Russia are working together to reduce oil production (and increasing gas prices) right in time for mid terms to help.....guess which party. More people need to pay attention to what ACTUALLY is the cause of GLOBAL oil/gas prices/inflation and most of it is out the control of ANY President. Hopefully they will pay attention and see Biden's term wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been and frankly not that bad overall considering the $hitstorm he walked into with COVID, Ukraine, etc.

If that’s remotely true it was because the demand was so low worldwide because of covid lockdowns. That’s it. We produce way less oil than we use, that’s always been the case. And what we do produce we export because oil companies wanna make profits. Not give us low gas prices.

We’ve never been “energy independent” - it’s another bullshit Trump lie that when repeated over and over has become stupid peoples truth.

If you want true independence from Saudi and Russian oil the US government either has to force oil companies to stop exporting oil or produce more. Or the government needs to start pumping their own oil for domestic use only. In any case that’s all socialism. The other option is to electrify the transportation sector and invest in the electric infrastructure- (also government funded which may stray into “socialism”) to produce more electric from sources non-oil based to power EV cars, busses, etc and reserve oil/gas/diesel for large trucks etc for commercial transport. But again, those that control the supply of oil will control the price. But it could lower or eliminate our need for foreign oil IF the domestic companies stop exporting. Which they won’t. Because capitalism.
