And access to beer and drugs in poor communities, where there's even a supply at all, is made worse by people who aren't able to establish identity. There are people who don't even have a social security number - THAT affects accessibility too. You've hit upon a key issue with inequality in this country without even realising it, thinking that it's a slam dunk to make the exact opposite point.

Voting only happens every two years, and has long term effects if people are prevented from voting simply by bureaucracy.
