A n d , the ban's indefinite. I don't think we should be doing indefinite bans with regular users, they've been really problematic in the past. They're usually unbanned in a few weeks when the streamwide mood swings settle, which means they never really learn their lesson. Fixed penalties would be a lot more clearer for everybody.
