As for making donations, caveat emptor. And, if the DOJ wasn't so corrupt, they would have been able to bring an indictment. However, playing intense politics over the last quarter century has made it impossible to actually bring indictments, less they be further exposed for their lack of dealing with law breakers based on the party in power.
