Point being is the Confederate Flag can be seen differently (BECAUSE) the American Flag is seen differently. Remember all the Slavery was under the American Flag for decades until before the War ended, (and remember still the Confederacy ended slavery to attempt to recruit blacks meaning it was more important to save the Nation than to have slavery) so any horrors was not just Southern Confederates.

i wasn't trying to be condescending, im saying that people have there differing opinions with these flags. People mostly think that these flags are bad except for the US because of the connotations they have. Oh your flying the Rebal Flag? Your racist! Oh your flying the Soviet flag?
