Combine that with the dichotomy of the fact (purely antidotal) that whenever I see a news story about a disturbance on a plane I find out that the instigator, in over half of the incidents, is a POC.

All true, but the reality here is that this mayor felt that the city had elected her as a mini-me queen, and that the city taxpayers OWVE her an expensive royal treatment . . . wherever she goes.

By that logic I'll bet that when she gets to her destination she chooses the more expensive full size sedan or SUV as a rental car because the economy/compact car is "unsafe for black women". (This coming from someone that travels a lot for work and has all choices carefully scrutinized.)

Oh no doubt. I am certain she demands ALL the perks. Never pays for five star restaurants -- the taxpayers do, never purchases her own haute couture attire -- the taxpayers do; and so forth and so on.
