Because people on the terror watch list were reportedly captured at our border. Racists like you just assumed that I was talking about the Afghans. Look up the term unvetted. Bottom line no one should be considered safe if you do not know who they are or why they are here.

If you would let random families move onto your home without vetting them then open borders should not bother you. If like normal people, you lock your doors at night asking strangers why they are here should be a common practice. I am actually all for most forms or immigration, but I draw the line at illegals. To many criminals, drugs, traffickers, gangs.

I'm not saying that borders should let anyone and everyone in. But we should remember that there are those fleeing countries for good reason and might die if they return.

We can agree on that. I have zero problem helping the Afghans that fought with us, I am a combat vet myself. I don't think we should just let in millions of other people in the middle of a recession though.
