Your belief that conditions cause violence is a flaw that exempts human responsibility. Privileged people kill too and not all poor people mass murder.

True. However, improving the conditions of people will decrease the chance and isn't it good to help people? We can't just let them suffer and not do anything about it.

That isn’t the point. Of course improving conditions is part of it, but it’s not just conditions. Mentality plays a part as well as other factors. The question is how to achieve it. Democrat policy has been an abject failure with every large city utilizing their policy becoming worse without improvement.

It points to the fallacy that inanimate objects are the primary cause of mass killings. Insanity and mental illness are the primary drivers and anyone so committed to that course of action will use various inanimate objects not just guns.
