If red state were smart they could form a collective agreement to sweep the states for illegals and then give them an ultimatum..
Either move to a state without this new law (leaving only blue states to go to) within 7 days (free travel service available) or be jailed and later deported.
You could easily get a couple millon to flood blue states almost overnight
