This is the problem I'm facing, and probably won't get solved because this country is very close minded.

Besides, it's not homophobic, it's just not inclusive.

That's because you naturally a r e supposed to assume genders when you look at someone,
languages aren't created by anyone,,,
If a Spanish guy sees a person who looks like almost half the world that identifies itself as "woman", they would use the female pronoun; if they see a person who dresses like almost half the world that identifies itself as "dude", they'd use the male pronoun.
It's just for convenience, no reason to think of it as a problem for which we'd have to actively alter a language.

So,
how do you think , ,
is it a problem ¿

That's my point, but there's a difference between discrimination and ignorance.
And it's not homophobic because it's about gender not sexuality

It's neither ignorance nor discrimination. Just my thoughts.
If I look like a wemen to someone, they'd refer to me as one. I shouldn't feel bad about it if I'm a dude.
If I look like a bro, they'd refer to me as one. I'm not entitled to feel bad about it if I'm gorl.
Having gender neutral pronouns can certainly be convenient, but it doesn't come close to being an issue about acceptance or inclusion and anything to do with discriminating a certain fringe community because of closed-mindedness.

Of course, of course it's not homophobic,,, that was just a quality joke. feel free to laugh.

I know that feeling with that since mine is Polish.
TBH, for announcement templates, my template of the Little Auk is free to use for anyone. You're more than welcome to use that.
