1. Jerome Powell, white dude chosen by trump, is still the FED chairman.
2. Do you have any actual proof they were not hired based on their education and experience? Seems to me the only person who could actually know is the person who hired them. Their ethnicity, gender, orientation, etc does not really prevent them from being equally or more educated and experienced than other people who apply.
3. Seems I could just as easily say that they're hiring based on content of their character now, whereas before they were not. White people are increasingly approaching minority status in America and the female/male ratio here is still ~50/50 and has been for.. probably forever. And I mean you might try and argue black, gay, female, etc are typically less educated / experienced (for whatever reason) and therefore you should not expect to see them proportionally represented...... but I'm not sure if that is necessarily true and even if it was, outliers exist... So idk.
