I have to say — of all the things, I thought Espionage Act violations were one of the wilder possibilities. Trump already has TEN BILLION DOLLARS, right? He already can milk his sheep for millions at the drop of an e-mail fundraiser link? And he can still go back to his tax fraud and bankruptcy and brand-shilling grifts if his political star falls, right?

If stolen documents at Mar-A-Lago can be linked up with information that compromised U.S. spies and led to their execution, then that is a slam-dunk, hole-in-one, this-guy-is-a-traitor, execution-definitely-on-the-table-now thing.
