Remember if zelensky was actually telling the truth about the war: he wouldn't have time for million dollar photo shoots. He'd be busy. Busy, you know... fighting a war.

Zelensky has talked to all kinds of media. Interviews. Speeches. All kinds of photos. Communication is part of the job of President, and he’s damn good at it.

Kind of like Putin.

But him lying about fighting on the front lines, while infact living in the lap of luxury is just more false war propaganda.
Of course we're getting that from all sides. But that don't make it right.
If you got money for fancy parties and photo shoots you got money for weapons. But every word outta his mouth is begging for more western dollars.

Your sort of “jokes about Asians” are that they have squinty eyes, or they can’t pronounce their r’s and l’s, or that they’re all infected with Covid. (They’re not.)

My kind of “joke” isn’t about Asians or even Chinese people specifically, but rather something a lot more specific: the shrill hypernationalist drivel put out by the Chinese Communist Party’s flagship state-run newspaper, which your comment above echoed to a tee.

The fortune cookie drives home the even larger point that if you’re a Putin simp, then you’re ultimately a China simp — because Putin is re-fashioning Russia in the mold of a giant North Korea, brimming with resentments against the West yet bone-dry for a future for its own people, all under a Chinese economic aegis.
