Disney might be getting better!

Even if it is only a few seconds long, it's the only instance I can think of when Disney directly acknowledged the community. It's widely thought that they don't do this to appease China, a HUGE market for them, and where being LGBTQIA+ can get you discriminated against, if not arrested.

Oh, and apparently Disney's heir is trans too. I wonder how that's gonna play out.

No. That actually isn't what I meant. I meant that Disney would claim that they had LGBTQIA+ characters, but they'd always be hidden away in the background . That doesn't count.
However, this time the character was in the foreground and is a definite LGBTQIA+ character, even if it if only for a few seconds.

They even had a line. Wish they were a bigger character, but still, it's a first for Disney.

Cabinet nabs a guy, he comes out wearing girls clothes and smiles at himself loving the new look. Alabama voted to not show the movies in theatres because of it. That and LeFou seemed to have a crush on Gaston. (LeFou meaning "The Fool" and Gaston being "Boy" in french, Belle as "beauty")

I agree Disney finally acknowledges LGBTQ2AA+, but this didn't change the fact their copyright paranoia is still a huge problem.
