It all depends on the individual interpreting the cancelled celebrity or person, IMO, Charles. For example, I don't think of Glenn Beck as cancelled and enjoy his site, The Blaze. I do think of Liz Cheney as yesterday's news as she has more Democrat support than Republican. The same goes for Mitt Romney, another prized RINO. I DON'T agree that most Republicans are despicable but I do think Cheney and Romney are of the lowest common denominator. I do think that most Democrats ARE despicable.

Trump is unique. He has a list of core values to which he will not waver (one of them not being 'fidelity', to be honest, but other moral issues he has steadfastly supported). He did change from being a Democrat but so did my brother and others who could no longer accept the lies and the insanity of the left. He believes in borders, freedom, less government, and less censorship & control,

Trump has always loved America and been a grateful participant in trying to make her better. His PC bone remains uninstalled and that is a characteristic loved by many of us. He referred to grabbing pu**y as he was speaking to another guy and just being honest. Being honest today is not accepted by the Progressives as they prefer PC behavior over honesty.

I think Glen Beck started like a sensible guy. But he went down the conspiracy rabbit hole and either descended into madness or was just slinging BS to a very credulous audience who'd buy the 'snake oil'. I've listened to his radio show a handful times and it was almost always tin-foil-hat shit. He was very much cancelled by Fox though. His show was #1 at some point. Now he's fringe, at best.

Liz Cheneys policies are disliked by libs. For example, her position against abortion. Also her position on small government and less taxation. She hates Trumps guts, tho' . Which democrats support. and just because democrats support her on this one thing, the trumpian 'cult' calls her a RINO.

Fact is, every establishment republican who won't line up with Trump gets labeled RINO. George Bush (dad) was called a RINO. Bush Jr is now a RINO. - how stupid is that - ? I don't doubt for a second that if sacred-cow Reagan were still alive, he'd be labeled a RINO as well.

I credit trump with at most a handful positive things. And dozens of trainwrecks.
I liked my 401K, his push against the Fed, his defiance against 'wokeness' and the Jerusalem embassy move. Everything else was a mess. His values are terrible. He's a snake oil salesman (realtor) with zero compunctions about lying his ass bare to you. He craves attention and adoration. These are all qualities you find in cult leaders. The world has had more than enough with Kim Jong Un & Xi Jinping. The way a third of the US reveres a snake oil salesman such as trump is sickening.

I can't blame trump completely though. He is just taking advantage of a larger issue. The country's mentally unbalanced population has been increasing. Had trump lost his primary, the republican base would've found some other sycophant to latch on as cult Leader.
