I have mixed feelings on this concept. On one hand, we should be able to pay for basics, especially when unemployed. On the other hand, if rushed, businesses could raise the prices of the things we need.

The idea of well-run private rail companies (i.e. Brightline, JR Central) is appealing to me, and I've often had thoughts of starting my own rail service. Whether you can call that a small business is the question, however, since a company like Brightline is starting to go nationwide.
