Valid point , because one problem the Climate change advocates have is that Global warming isn't affecting northeast portions of North America

Well, clearly there is not enough energy to get you 200 miles without charging up again, for 8 hours, to go 200 miles before charging up again.... All the while burning coal, to go somewhere more slowly than gasoline.

Unfortunately when the original water compact among the states was created about 100 years ago, the experts overestimated the average amount of water in the Colorado River by almost 90%.

So they never revisited that estimate before the building booms of the 50s, 60s, 79s, 80s, and after draughts over the 90s, 00s, 10s? That may have been a valid reason for 50 or so years but is an excuse since.

It’s a mess. The allocations were revisited a few years ago, with the realization 18 million acre feet of water do not exist. The original water supply calculations were made using extremely wet years. There was some push back on the original data, but the “experts” prevailed.

I read an article recently where they're exploring taking water out of the Mississippi just before the point where it gets brackish and pipelining it all the way to California. Of course, those pumps have to run on some kind of power, hope that it's always sunny and windy.

Oh hell no! No pipelines! Think of the children!
