Edgar Hoover Wore A Dress" is a humorous novelty song. It takes a look at former FBI director J Edgar Hoover's hypocritical fondness for social deviance. But it's not transphobic to laugh at a bag piper for wearing a kilt because only 0.5% of Scottish people are transgender.
