Fact; if a husband is unemployed for 9 months or longer, there is a 70% chance his wife will file for divorce before the 12th month. The opposite case is not true.

If especially a husband is unemployed for that long, he tend to end up depressed. Sometimes so much, that if he gets offered a job, he declines.
I know how it feels to be so hopelessly debilitated mentally, that you don't even try to pick the chair that's better, even though it's just in front of you and you sit like shit. This is a literal example btw.
