It won't stick. Too many acknowledgements from people in Kansas that the question was incredibly unclear and questionably worded (deliberately) to confuse what the full intention of the vote was.
The next pro-life candidate elected will just ask again but in clear language, and it'll be a focus on the campaign because they voted and saw it for themselves.
