It's spread just like any other pox - touching open blister, breathing same air, virus on clothes and touching that. What these gays are doing is having sex while sick which is a guaranteed way to spread any illness including a pox.
Seems to me people that are up to no good are trying to spread bad information and confusion just like they did with Covid.
