Something's wrong with her picture. The collar "US" insignia pictured is the type worn by officers. Enlisted collar insignia has a circle around the US. Nowhere have I found anything that states she ever held an officer rank. I also see nothing about her having a college degree, which is a must for Air Force officers. And the cap she's wearing is plainly the cap of an enlisted person.
