It's similar.
Genderflux essentially means that the gender identity varies in intensity over time. So this could mean that someone might feel one way, but gradually feel another way, (by genders, I mean), and, I'd assume, it keeps on going forever. It can also be described as a much, much slower version of genderfluid.
