Some people need specific parts or traits to rev their engine (this isn't limited to gender based parts and traits). What arouses you, arouses you and what turns you off turns you off.
Some guys love fat chicks and some guys are repulsed by them.
I'm fat. I would never expect a guy who is turned off by fat chicks to date me. That doesn't make him fatphobic, it's just not his thing. As long as he is not rude or hostile to me simply because I'm fat, a polite rejection is fine.
So if a girl has a p**is, or an Adam's apple, and that turns you off, a polite rejection should be fine. Just don't be rude or hostile about it.
