This is not true

I talked to a farmer from Texas 2 weeks ago. It's true. Not only is it true, they've done it for years. They paid his brother in law 2 years ago to not sell his corn last year to keep the prices up.
Now they're paying them to destroy crops and animals, but won't say why.
