People like you keep telling me to report on the "Riots in Portland," or the "Burning of a Police Station in Minneapolis." When I correctly report that two members of the right-wing Boogaloo Bois were convicted and sent to prison for burning down that Police Station, and got long prison sentences, you guys get mad at me. When I report that a right winger shot two cops in Oakland, hoping to get the killings blamed on BLM, you guys get mad at me. When I report that the leader of counter-protesters in Portland was finally arrested for threatening protesters with his gun, when he actually shot it, and got ten-years in jail, you get mad at me. I can only tell you what happens. If you want "reality." made up to conform with what you wish was true, that is Trump's schtick, not mine.

When you are on the wrong side, facts can seem unfair. Bad things don't happen uniformly across the social-economic and political spectra. For example, in the 1960's I remember a handful of right-wing demonstrations in favor of the War in Vietnam. The demonstrations against the War in Vietnam were so much larger, happened in greater numbers and in most of the country. When people think of Viet Nam War demonstrations, they naturally assume they were all products of the left. In the present, the radicals "acting out," tend to be more from the right-wing, and nothing in our history compares to what they did on 1-6-21.

Update: After the Prosecution presented its case, the judge ruled in favor of the Defense's motion for acquittal. The judge ruled that the evidence, as presented did not prove guilt. He did not dismiss the charges, meaning the Prosecution has the opportunity to present stronger evidence. It is highly doubtful that the charges will be amended. So, Mr. Gibson is Not Guilty for all intents and Purposes.
