It could be abusable

Since there can be coincidence of getting edited and approved at same time

The chance of that being the case is very slim



And the case of someone finding a way to abuse it is even slimmer. I probably should mention that you can't edit the images after you have already submitted it

Of course, unsubmitted images can be accessed by anyone if they have the link.



But only the owner of the image would be able to actually edit it.
