All women of childbearing age in these states should. They COULD be 5 or 6 weeks pregnant and not know yet, after all. And how is a cop going to disprove that?
Weeelll... the cop's still going to write the ticket and leave it up to the judge.... so.. probably best to only run the gambit if the pregnancy is certain. Other than that, I hope that pregnant women in Red States whole-hog this thing.
