Yep, true, abortion isn't mentioned anywhere in the constitution. So states are free to tell women that they have no right to govern their own bodies. Cool. Unlike some Islamic countries, the US does not follow biblical law. Our laws are made by the representatives in the legislature based on their values and the values of their constituents. We have laws making it illegal to destroy the embryos of Bald Eagles and sea turtles, why not a human being.
