Any Opinions? | IS ELON MUSK RIGHT TO TERMINATE HIS DEAL WITH TWITTER ON THE BASIS OF FAKE/SPAMBOT ACCOUNTS? IN TWITTER'S FILING:; WE CALCULATE OUR MDAU USING INTERNAL COMPANY DATA THAT HAS NOT BEEN INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED. WE ESTIMATE THAT THE AVERAGE OF FALSE OR SPAM ACCOUNTS DURING THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2022 CONTINUED TO REPRESENT FEWER THAN 5% OF OUR MDAU DURING THE QUARTER. AS SUCH, OUR ESTIMATION OF FALSE OR SPAM ACCOUNTS MAY NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF SUCH ACCOUNTS, AND THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF FALSE OR SPAM ACCOUNTS COULD BE HIGHER THAN WE HAVE CURRENTLY ESTIMATED. WE RELY ON ASSUMPTIONS AND ESTIMATES TO CALCULATE CERTAIN OF OUR KEY METRICS, AND REAL OR PERCEIVED INACCURACIES IN SUCH METRICS MAY HARM OUR REPUTATION AND NEGATIVELY AFFECT OUR BUSINESS. BUT IF TWITTER IS GETTING RID OF A MILLION FAKE/SPAMBOT ACCOUNTS A DAY. WHAT DOES THAT SAY? | image tagged in memes, politics, elon musk, bro im out of here, twitter, deal | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Yes, Twitter's actions in this situation of not giving actual responses to inquiries have been unprofessional and questionable at best.

Elon should've gone with Option #2 - Hostile Takeover.

He is a very smart business person. I believe he still owns the highest amount of Twitter stock by an individual person. And the board seems to have a problem with their breach of contract, saying they plan to sue. So I want to stay tuned and see what happens.
