Good question. I'm a Christian but have always seen the Catholic Church as highly corrupt and clearly moving in a radically, leftward, cultural direction. It's not just conservatives in the Federalist society, either. Many prominent conservatives align themselves with Catholicism. e.g. Matt Walsh, Michael Knowles, etc I agree with the politics of these guys on most issues, but I don't get where they find their allegiance to Catholicism. Even from a purely Christian standpoint.
