Because her skull is lopsided and she went from naturally straight/limp hair to hair that was blown or chemically straightened?
I'm a computer illiterate amatuer using a cheap tablet, yet just using the tools on this site, I made the faces I added on the image below just slightly enough opaque to make it look somewhat fuzzy to match the res of the original pic.
When a face looks clearer than the rest of the pic, most likely it's because it IS. Not easy to blur it without looking fake, I mean my image still does look fake. But when it looks pasted on, it just may kinda very well be. a lot.
I mean, really, did she actually cake on the foundation so her face can match the darker body? Does her left cheekbone expand on command? When your eye keeps zooming to something, wondering why it looks odd, there might be a reason for it.
