Taxes are not. They are used for public services such as schools and parks. It's a shame you don't know what a park is, considering you have never been outside before.

Also, I think we should have punishment systems for anybody who commits tax-related crimes, or anything other crimes really.

I only temp ban people who are way outta line. Generally, I'll let anyone off with a warning in my other streams.
The president's steam has a justice system with jury trials, but we don't use it often.
